Localism Act Update

With the Localism Bill becoming the Localism Act in November last year when it gained Royal Assent it became clear that the changes proposed really are on the way.
What the Localism Act actually means varies from writer to writer. We as planning consultants have been to numerous seminars, lectures, talks we like minded professionals and the common question appears to be ‘how much difference will it really make?’.
